North Jersey Soccer League
Player Registration Page
All Players in the North Jersey Soccer League MUST be registered - see below. NO PLAYER PASSES WILL BE ISSUED OR VALIDATED WITHOUT THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION.
Beginning of Season Registration:  At the annual Registration meeting, team managers should bring all documentation as required to register a minimum of 11 players.  Over-30 Registration Meeting, WED AUG 1st 8 pm at Sportfriends. Open Division Registration meeting WED AUG 1st 8 pm at Sportfriends.
In-Season Registration: After August 15th, individual players can MAIL the required documentation AND a check for $27 to the NJSL Registrar: PADDY FLYNN,  13 GROVE ST. PATERSON, NJ 07503. ONLY upon receipt of ALL proper paperwork, a temporary pass for use in ONE GAME ONLY will be emailed to the Team manager followed by a laminated League Pass to the team manager via US Mail.
NEW PLAYER REGISTRATION
RETURNING PLAYER REGISTRATION
1.  Complete online PLAYER REGISTRATION FORM, print it, sign and date it in the designated area at the bottom. 
                                          
AND
2.  Provide Proof of Date of Birth - [acceptable forms are CLEAR, readable copies of:  Birth Certificate(even in foreign language), driver's license (careful NJ license do not copy well due to use of red ink for Date of Birth), a school document, a passport.
                                        
AND
3.
Provide Proof of  Social Security Number - copy of Social Security card, a paystub, insurance card, Tax form 1040 (you can white out financial data), Form W2.  A passport can be used in place of SS# ONLY FOR FOREIGN BORN PLAYERS who do not have a SS#.  Passports CANNOT be used for US citizens (it can be used for Date of Birth as described in #2 above)    (NJSL position on submitting social security numbers)
4.  Provide a thumb-sized photo for the Player Pass - write your name on back of picture.
5.  Return ALL the above to your team manager or mail to address above.
If you are a returning player to the NJSL, you'll need to confirm that you were previously PROPERLY REGISTERED.  If not properly registered in a past season, you'll need to proceed as a NEW PLAYER REGISTRATION (as described at right).

1.Search your
TEAMS ROSTER to determine the status of your prior registration.  If your name is not on this list or if your name indicates "NOT PROPERLY REGISTERED", then you'll need to proceed as a NEW PLAYER REGISTRATION (as described at RIGHT).  If your name indicates "PROPERLY REGISTERED", then proceed to step2.

2.  Complete online
PLAYER REGISTRATION FORM, print it, sign and date it in the designated area at the bottom. 

3.  Return the
PLAYER REGISTRATION FORM to your team manager or mail to address above.  NO NEED TO RE-SUBMIT IDENTIFICATION.
